Please join us for our second annual Refugee Shabbat service on Friday, March 6. Hannah Jeppsen Soo, who works as an immigration attorney at Kirschbaum & Nowotny LLC in Overland Park and has practiced exclusively in the immigration field for more than nine years, will be speaking to us that evening about her work and about the general state of affairs for immigrants and refugees in the US today. A member of the board of AIR and at least one of the families we have supported as a congregation will also be in attendance that evening. 

Services will be followed by a potluck oneg. We appreciate any contribution that you are able to make.
